Claiming Attendance Allowance

In October 2003 new claim forms were introduced nationally for Attendance Allowance.

In our opinion these new forms do not offer enough in the way of space or prompts to encourage people to give a full picture of their health problems.

Because of this we have developed a ‘mental health supplement’ which people might like to try using with the new forms.

If you would like a copy of this then please get in touch with us.

DLA (Disability Living Allowance) and AA (Attendance Allowance) are probably the two most important benefits for people with any sort of longer-term illness or disability - including mental health problems.
